About the Episode

Pressing forward, through the thickness of grief and sadness in the air and finding light in the routine of delivering these moments where we can grow ourselves and learn from the lives of others. This week we’re learning from the story of Kev Marcus. Kev is a Grammy-nominated music artist and co-founder of the groundbreaking and dynamic group Black Violin. He’s also a person in progress who has lessons to share about finding his way after feeling trapped by the very success he pursued and about how he has approached navigating depression and replenishing his soul.

I have lost track of how many Black Violin concerts I have been to at this point…it is a dream come true to be able to speak in-depth with someone who has inspired my heart with the light they share with the world. Thank you, Kev! You are appreciated.
