About the Episode
This week’s episode features the dynamic Joy White whose personal discovery journey has brought her to bold and free place. In our interview Joy shared about her decision to reveal painful details about her life story as she embarked on new more authentic life and a mission to help other women find healing from the wounds they often try to push pastand overlook.
After reaching many of her professional and personal goals, Joy still found herself unfulfilled and unhappy. Once she allowed herself to acknowledge things that she survived, feel her way through her painful past, and love her inner child better, she was able to move forward boldly towards a more fulfilling and authentic life. In this interview, she shares with me her about her decision to tell her story publicly to help other women like her find their path towards healing. I am so grateful for the calling Joy felt to turn her pain into purpose. She is such an incredibly inspiring woman who is helping so many people initiate their healing journey and find their way to a more fully integrated self.
Listen to our conversation for some inspiration to embrace all of you – even the parts of you that helped you survive the painful moments of your life.
