About the Episode
With each episode of YOU Better!, my mind expands and my heart opens as I take in the stories of amazing humans. This week’s conversation is no different. In this episode, we connect with Dr. Jun Love Young, an inspiring man who moved to the United States from the Philippines as a young boy and grew up to remix the dream his parents had for him.
Jun shares with me his motivation for focusing on joy and his powerful story of interrogating the religious beliefs he grew up with so that he could find his way to a faith practice that doesn’t require him to deny or punish parts of himself as a gay man.
